Compleo
Built for job seekers · not recruiters

Stop applying. Start reaching out.

Job boards put your resume in a pile. Compleo finds the person who actually does the hiring, checks their email address really works, and writes you an introduction worth answering — which you read, edit, and send yourself.

See a real contact and a real draft before you pay for anything.

How it works

Three steps, and you send the last one

The work in the middle is ours. The judgment at the end is yours — nothing leaves your mailbox that you have not read.

  1. Upload your resume

We read it for the things worth saying about you — the numbers, the scale you have run, the industries you know. Any figure we cannot find in your own document is set aside rather than used.

  2. We find the roles and the person behind each one

Not the recruiter who posted it — the manager the job reports to. We search open postings that match your background, work out who owns the role, find their address, and verify it against the mail server before it ever reaches you.

  3. You review and send

Each contact arrives with a short email already written, built on one specific thing from your resume. Change anything you like. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Your mailbox

Sent by you, from your own address

A hiring manager should see a job application come from the applicant, not from some service. So Compleo can send through your own Gmail, under your own name, with the sent message in your own Sent folder and replies going straight to you.

To do that we ask for exactly one Google permission:

gmail.send — send only. It cannot read your mail.

That permission is insert-only. It cannot read, list, change or delete anything in your mailbox, and we request no other Gmail permission. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings.

Connecting Gmail is optional. Without it, Compleo opens a pre-filled draft in your email client and you press send there.

Compleo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Pricing

You pay for contacts we actually find

$3.98per contact delivered

A full sprint is 50 contacts for $199, and that is the most you can be charged. The price is a forecast of what your market holds, and if we deliver 40 you pay for 40. Paid once — it is not a subscription and it does not renew. Every sprint includes 30 days of daily scanning.

We do not sell a sprint below 25 contacts. Below that there is not enough to be worth your money, and we will tell you to widen your search instead.

The free tier gives you your market statistics, the companies hiring, and one complete contact. It stays free.

Limits

What Compleo does not do

A tool that emails strangers on your behalf should be explicit about where it stops.

Your next role has a hiring manager. Write to them.

Upload your resume and see a real contact, with the email already written, before you pay anything.
